For the production of wheat flour, we purchase wholesale wheat of grades 1-3 on the territory of Ukraine. We provide reception and unloading of wheat directly at our enterprise from the supplier’s transport.
If the supplier does not have the opportunity to deliver the grain, “Agroproduct” LLC will organize the delivery of wheat by its own transport. This creates favorable conditions for our suppliers, allowing wheat producers to earn additional profit from the sale of their products.
The quality of soft wheat grain is evaluated in accordance with the national standard of Ukraine DSTU 3768:2019 “Wheat. Technical conditions”.

1st class wheat must meet the requirements of DSTU 3768:2019 and have the following basic indicators:

– garbage admixture – base 1.0%;
– grain admixture – max. 5.0%;
in particular, the content of other crops – base 3.0%, max. 4.0%;
in particular, sprouted grains – max. 2.0%, in particular, broken grains – max. 5.0%;
– protein – min. 14.0%;
– nature – base 775 g/dm3, min 760 g/dm3;
– gluten – min. 28.0%;
– IDK – max. 100 units;
– damaged by the turtle bug – base 1.5%, max. 3.0%;
– sorghum grain – base 5.0%;
– number of falls – 220s.
The selection and formation of samples to determine all indicators is carried out in accordance with DSTU ISO 13690:2003.
